What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use local storage for preferences such as language, currency, theme, and dismissed promotions.

Cookies we use

• Essential — sign-in session cookies (httpOnly), CSRF/session continuity with our auth provider, and a short-lived session flag so the same listing open is not counted twice. Required for the site to work. That flag is not shared with Google.
• Preferences — language, theme, currency, and whether you dismissed an ad banner. Stored locally on your device.
• Security & performance — help detect abuse and keep the service reliable (including via our hosting provider).
• Advertising — Google AdSense may set cookies on public pages to show and measure non-personalized ads. BabDar does not use those cookies to build a housing or financial profile of you. You can manage Google’s ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and other core features. Preference data can usually be reset by clearing site storage.

Third parties

If you use Google sign-in, see a Google ad, or visit linked partner sites (such as Walletger), those parties may set their own cookies subject to their policies. Google’s advertising policy is at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
