About BabDar

BabDar is a real-estate marketplace for homes for sale and rent, focused on Morocco. People use it to search a map, read a listing, message the person who published it, and keep their own search in one account.

What you can do here

• Search published homes, apartments, and land in Moroccan cities
• Message a seller or agent about a specific listing
• Publish a home you are allowed to list, after BabDar reviews it
• Read original guides on the BabDar blog

Where listings come from

Each live listing is submitted by a seller, landlord, or agency and reviewed before it is public. BabDar is not a bank, a court, or a brokerage. We do not invent prices, and we do not label a home as a foreclosure, an open house, or a for-sale-by-owner listing unless the published listing says so. Always confirm the details with the person who listed the home.

Advertising

Public pages may show Google ads. Those ads are not personalized. They are not part of a listing, and a listing is never ranked because someone paid for an ad. How this works is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
