Foreclosures
BabDar is a marketplace for homes that sellers and agents choose to publish. We do not receive a feed of bank-owned properties, court auctions, or short sales, and we do not mark a home as a foreclosure because of its price or how long it has been listed.
A foreclosure is a sale tied to an unpaid loan or a court process. Only the seller, their agent, or the institution handling that process can say that a specific property is in that situation. If that applies to a home, it has to be stated in the listing itself. BabDar reviews listings before they go live, and a listing that invents a legal status can be rejected.
To look at homes that are actually for sale, use the map. To ask about a property you are allowed to sell, use the contact page.
